Poor service
On the 07/06/2022, I went to Avbob Chiawelo to withdraw from my investment policy. The lady who assisted me told me that the money will be in my account after 7 days. Up to date I have not received the money. Today the 18/06/2022 I called Avbob head offices, their said their have not reached the documents.

22 Jun 2022, 20:58The was a lady called me from Avbob on the 20/06/2022 at 16:04 and she said she will call me on the following day to assist me to fill the forms. I told the lady to call me between 09:30 and 10:00 she called me on the different time.
