Poor service delivery
Hi my name is Mr P Cele i made a funeral claims at avbob Umkomaas branch on 2025/11/26 as per claims numbers *** and *** and all the documents that's were required,but now i have not received my money.i called the head office at least everyday and keep on telling me different stories.
