Poor Service

I am really disappointed in Avbob, i made a cashback claim on the 14th of November 2023, i submitted my standard bank account statement with my ID at Matatiele branch, when i checked the self service portal it said the money was paid. i contacted Avbob via live chat i was told that the money is paid into the bank account that my salary is paid into which is standard bank until today there is no money reflecting in my avabob account.
