Poor Representation

This morning at about 7:30AM I was cut off in traffic while trying to switch lanes by an AVBOB representative driving an AVBOB branded vehicle, what makes this worse is that he was sitting on his cellphone the whole time! Is this the image you portray as a company to us your clients? is this how you proudly market your brand? what if a an accident was caused by this man who was distracted by his phone not caring that people are watching?

I am utterly disappointed as this is the same establishment I entrust my portfolio with, if this is the attitude of staff now... what happens in the unfortunate event that I need assistance with death?
