Poor funeral service

I got a very poor funeral service from avbob I was less informed all I was told was to top up money upon the policy I had i dont even know how much my daughters funeral costs Firstly they gave me a casket that I didn't choose, that casket was damaged, with dents and the handles were coming off ,the he**** driver left my pastors at the cemetery I had to look for alternative transport for my pastors at the cemetery I tried calling the head office I also sent an email to complaints@avbob still no response till today ,avbob is the biggest ****
