Poor customer service

It saddens me that I have to come to this platform to log a complaint again.I have been sending emails back and forth to get my policy canceled all my documents was handed over to avbob Florida roodepoort and surrender value doucment was filled in it's been 2 weeks now with no assistance at all. I've been I client for 13 years I seriously regret taking up a policies with Avbob.
