Poor customer service
This is the 4th time I am contacting Avbob regarding my funeral policy.
I spoke to Marc Denation-Heepers who advised me that my account will be cancelled and no funds will be debited from my account.
Let's take a few months back when I opened the policy with Avbob I NEVER RECEIVED FUNERAL POLICY DOCUMENTS AND I WAS ONLY DEBITED THE FIRST MONTH AND NOT THERE AFTER AGAIN!!
I want ny funeral policy cancelled and whatever funds owed to me, paid back which includes but not limited to banking fee's. This is very poor service from Avbob and someone close to me actually recommended Avbob but I will not recommend Avbob to anyone else!
