Poor customer service.
Avbob has a very poor customer service.I have app**** a loan against policy on the 7th August 2018 still no payout after I was told the money will be in my account after 7days but it's more than 3weeks now. I would like to cancel this policy hence there are so many complaints in terms of claiming.
