Poor and ******** service on their clients

I’ve been a member from 2016 and my debit are all in order but their staff in their branches especially their receptionist have bad attitude

Let me get straight to the point, in Germiston branch of AVBOB I’ve never received any good communication and service when ever I’m there, I’m writing this today as the 19 of March 2019 because I’m not happy their receptionist she treats clients as nobody, I found them talking as the colleagues but for me to stand there for the whole 2 minutes because she was busy talking to the other guy I had to greet her 1st again after waiting for her and only not to be assistanted on what was their fault from the beginning on writing wrong date of birth as well as the name of people that I’ve issured , now I’m the one who must go all the way to E.C to get the copy of those people which will cost me more R1000 in return because they cannot assist me without those copies in an error that was made by them from the beginning. I lost my uncle last year early in April went there to make a claim during Easter holiday that was the time of death but still I was never assisted I had to borrow money from people to cover the cost because I was told it was during holiday so I received my payout after a week way after burial, I’m really disappointed by the way they handling their business and how clients are being treated, what is the use to have them if you won’t be assisted in time and be told about holidays as if we plan when a person can pass on. What hurt even more my uncle was stabbed which was an accident which is not any excuse even if was natural we don’t plan any passing of your loved ones .
