Policy surrender
On Friday the 10th of August 2018 I called AVBOB requesting them to cancel my funeral policy and they promised to call me back to process my request. I'm still waiting for their call. It's a trick done by many ************ companies to delay the cancellation while they allow monthly installments to go off.
