POLICY STILL NOT CANCELLED

Hi There <br> <br> I took out the policy on the 2nd Dec14 and emailed a signed letter of cancellation on the 17th Dec14 and to date the policy hasn't been cancelled <br> <br> In December 2014 i was debited and i went and reversed the transaction and still emailed them to cancel<br> <br> On the 21st Jan 15 i received an sms advising me that my account will be debited with 2 x premiums. I called the number included on the sms to be told i need to call head office. Called the head office to be told they received my cancellation but i should be on a signed letter and was then referred to another number only to be given another number <br> <br> My account was debited for 2 x premiums and i will be reversing these transactions today<br> <br> I am tired of calling numerous numbers as well as going to the bank for reversal<br> <br> All i ask is that my policy be cancelled and for my account to be left alone <br>
