Policy paid up but in arrears
I have a problem with Avbob always telling me that my cover has ended though I continue paying R1000 per month. I am not sure why is the policy so high. I know I am supposed to pay month end but I usually pay on the 20th. Should anything happen I won't be able to defend myself but I would like to put in record that Avbob is not allocating my payment. I want them to fix this nonsense and get back to be. I'm sick and tired of this.
