Policy Cancellation
Good day, I'm Sicelo Brain Nyembe Cellphone No: *** and Alternative No: ***, Policy No:AL***A3.
I would like to cancel my policy immediately and I have been struggling to get assistance since from the 6th November 2025, I called and I was told to wait for a cancellation call since then, I have already spent R150 on airtime calling for one thing and now it's the last try otherwise I'll send my complain to ombudsman and hello Peter because your service is not transparent and you don't keep your word. My policy is still within cooling off period and I need my refund. How can you update beneficiary of the policy that I'm cancelling,you have been wasting my airtime since I'm tired now , cancel the policy and refund please .
