********** policy and refund

I just want to know when will i get my refund back from avbob. I cancelled a ********** funeral policy at the end of September that was opened without my knowledge in 2024 and i opened a case, filled all the paperwork so that i can get a refund. I just want to know how long will it take to cancel the policy and get my money back. Since submitting everything i have not received any communication regarding my policy.
