Policy ammendment
I've been a policy holder with avbob for 2 years today. I've always paid my premiums in time. When I took out the policy I was told that I could update my time. For the past 2 weeks I've been calling the service department to add members but they always say they'll call me back and never do. Are they purposefully avoiding me or just negligent? This has happened 4 times.
