Hi I got a policy at avbob my mother in law passed away she is a member on the policy my father in law use avbob for the funeral but now they claim on my policy and the lady working for avbob Knysna help them I have not. Sign any documents at avbob Knysna but they claim on my policy and sent me the change what can I do to get my claim back I have reported it to avbob head office still waiting for what they gonna do.
