Personal detail given to 3rd party

I have a policy with Avbob, no I got a call from some cop in Empangeni wanting to meet me as there is a case opened under my name, well I meet with the cop, to find out that Avbob have changed my banking detail to those of another guy and have paid 2 premiums so the guy open a case of ***** on my name and in that docket the cop have all my personal detail including the people I insured everything name address everything. I was never told about anyone wanting my detail. Called Avbob on Thursday telling them about this. Till today I am still waiting for written explanation as per some woman called Amanda from their head office. They told me they do not know who changed my banking detail and given anyone my personal detail. I am really disappointed and very angry about this as it seems they do not give a damn about what I am going through. How do they give away my personal details without me knowing, and how do they change my banking details without me knowing. I am really hurt as now I have a case against me and that can cause troubles for me what if I get ******** record?
