I went to Maponya branch to update my policy before it lapse, the lady who was helping told me to go to Jabulani or Chiawelo branch as those are big branches.. Maponya Branch can't take cash payments.
The following day I called Jabulani Mall was told they don't accept cash payments, but if I'm going to pay using card I can visit the branch.
I do understand my policy is behind with premiums but why do we have to go up and down?
Can't there be other easier options to bring payments up to date, get assistance at any branch.
