PAYMENT ON DOUBLE ACCIDENT (DECEMBER 2023 CASE)
On 30 December 2024 I complained about a double payment that was not paid by Avbob mutual assurance for accidental death of a family member that happened in December 2023. Mphonyana Diale followed up on my case the following day after I wrote my complaint. The service I got from Mphonyana I must say out of 10 I'll give him/her 10. He/she made sure that the case is resolved. Today a payment was done the money is in my bank account.
