On the 7th of October I went to Avbob to cancel the policies that were taken without my consent. I submitted all the necessary documents but no respond up until today. Please pay all the premium that you took.

31 Dec 2021, 13:39- You still not giving me any feedback no call no email or sms nothing were are approaching 2022 now but my complaint is not finished and I filled the complaint on the 7th of October. Your service is very poor even if I call your employees can't even assist properly. I tired of you Avbob it easy to deducted the money without my consent but it hard to bring it back.

14 Jan 2022, 07:00Not all my premiums has been refunded you were supposed to refund me for the premium of 7 months which is R1284 not R706 that you refund please do your investigation properly and refund me all premiums you think you are clever you were too forward to deducted my account but now you can't pay it back. If you don't solve this I will need to involve my lawyer or Ombusman.
