I arranged for my baby girl on Friday to be collected from hospital. Your CBD branch didn't know if the BI form was collected and this was on Monday. Your only person Naomi who supposed to do the registration had no clue on how to work with people. She went on leave without instructing her colleagues to do the registration. The BI was incomplete which I picked that up on Monday, something that was supposed to have been noticed by your office the same day. Had to take it back to hospital for further information from the doctor. Yesterday was promised that today by 11am everything will be sorted as I'm typing this now I'm told i that I have to wait another hour because someone didn't do her Job. Thanks to Naomi again. I still have to drive to Limpopo what time will I get home. My baby is still here wit you guys and the burial is tomorrow.

Honestly I am going to withdraw from this policy. Came to you knowing that as Africans you'll understand the pain of losing a baby.
