Pathetic service

The staff don't verify identity of people that collect deth certifiates or remains and just hand it over. Not checking if the person collecting is the same person thats on the documents. Stated they don't know where the body is. Don't know when it will be back for collection. Unprofessional on the phone and don't verify identity before disclosing information to ****, Tom and Harry that phone or walk through the door. Im shocked at the professionalism on follow up dealings. First day dealing with them for arranging the funeral was also not as i would expect especially in a time of morning. . Extremely disappointed with their service and work ethics. Avbob made a mess of everything from date of death to my details. The person dealings with my father's cremation is the same person thats messed up but yet refuses to take responsibility for the mess and is the utmost rude person i have ever came across. The receptionist is not muck better i must add. I will not recommend avbob to anybody due to this experience. This is the Kempton Park funeral home. Manager is the same person thats messed up.
