Pathetic Service

I requested change of address update of cell number and policy information via email was declined. I called and requested changer after being authenticated address was not updated per policy schedule sent to me still reflect my old address. I also requested Avbob bank details as I have changed banks also sent follow up email nonresponse since they do t assist via email what have the option and telephone conversation and request also useless. I have now been waiting 5 days again since my last email
