Pathetic Service

I would like to bring to your attention the type of Service your consultants are providing.<br> On the 10th of January 2015 I logged on to your website and requested a call back regarding a Funeral Cover. I then received a call today on the 04th of February 2015. What disturbed me about the call is that the consultant called me and when I answered I heard people speaking in the back ground. I did not hang up and waited to hear who is calling me. After 3minutes of holding on a lady said she is calling me from Avbob and is responding to the request that I sent through I told them that I already took a policy with a company that got back to be earlier but what struck me was that how can one call a potential client and the continue to speak to friends and not attend to the call that you made.<br> Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise that you delayed calling me and I ended up taking cover with another insurer.I hope you will be able to trace the call because I do not have any details because I was left in shock to realise that this was a business call as I thought it was personal call. I hope this particular consultant will be coached on this type of behaviour.
