Pathetic ****s and rude consultants

My name is Vuyiwe and I have been treated horrible by the head office regarding my refund on my policy. I was told will have to wait for 7-14 days and still nothing and I have been calling the head office and consultants are dropping the calls and put me back on switchboard. I just lost my brother to be asked all the time reason of the call because of incompetency of the person in claims office. I have been loyal customer to Avbob for 5 years to be treated so poorly
