Can someone tell me why I am told I have been missing payments on my policy when debit orders have been going off every damn month, somebody better fix this or have a better explanation ASAP! Why hasn't there been any communication regarding the "Missed Payments" ?

Also educate the people at your PLK branch about POPIA, they had no right to give someone information about my policy without my consent.
