Overdue waiting
I have a funeral policy with Avbob. I did my claim on the 5th January same day with my aunt. She got paid within 48 hours but I am still waiting for the payment. I went to the branch on the 08th January because 48 hours has gone. Was told they are processing maybe on the 11th I will get my payment. On the 11th I called again still no payment. My claim number is ***.
