not covered after paying for 4 full years
good day
i have joined Avbob in 2020 with my wife we went to Protea South to check if we can have another extra policy i was told that my wife is not covered because she is from Lesotho but when taking that policy was not advised of that we called avob as per consulted the system was implemented in 2021 after we took the policy i have being paying for my wife and she is not covered please assist
