No supporting documents for claim to process

Good day

On Friday 14 June 2024 I logged a claim with Khanyelitsha branch, they said they will send documents to King Williams Town branch as they will arrange the funeral.

On Tuesday 18 June 2024 I called head office to check if the claim was logged as I never received any communication regarding the claim. They said I should call Khayelitsha branch and I did, Khayelitsha told me to call King Williams Town branch. KWT branch said Khayelitsha must send them all the supporting documents as they sent the claims declaration form only. Later on Tuesday I called KWT branch to check if Khayelitsha branch sent all the other documents and they confirmed and said they will send ot to Head Office.

I made a live chat and the agent told me yes a claim is logged but there are supporting documents with the claim andd I should contact the branch to send the documents. I asked the agent to call or get someone to call as I do not have airtime and the agent said I should make the call.

I need some one to calk the King Williams Town branch and tell to sent the documents to Heas Office for claim to process and the funeral is this weekend I need the money for traveling.

I am dissatisfied with the service especially as a first time claimer.
