The is nothing that is so frustrating when you are ignored. Been sending emails probably more that 10 to Avbob and all I get is auto reply after no response. The same avbob that helped while I was retrenched but now a simply question that is sent on an email no answer. With the financial situation everyone has with this Covid to pick a phone and call while you know the is email service that the company provides is a mission, no airtime on the othe side you still do a follow up no response
