I contacted their head office requesting information on my mothers documents that passed in 2004. they transferred me to 4 different consultants having to explain my situation every time.Eventually i got an email address to send the request to.after emailing them TWICE i still have got NO response whatsoever.and its annoying as i explained to them why i need it and that it is urgent.
