No respect
We walked in at AVBOB in Louis Trichardt after my mother in law was transported to them the previous day. We stood at the counter and no one greeted or asked of they could assist. Once they decided to ask us if they could assist us they had no clue on what had been done with the process. Pathetic and disrespectful to say the least. We decided to move to another funeral organization. I think the least that could be offered is a refund on the transportation charges.
