No policy surrender value payout!!!!

I left SA 2 years ago and stopped the debit order for my funeral policy. I am still struggling to get the policy surrender value paid back to me after spend hours on the phone from the UK with a number of consultants.

Can you people not do anything correctly.

I will be taking this up with an attorney as I will not allow this money to just disappear 🫠.
