NO FEEDBACK ON DECEASED BENEFICIARY
I added my aunt on my funeral policy and she passed away. An email was sent to 'My Claim1' <***> and they asked me to furnish them with a death certificate. Which I have done. The premium for my aunt was dedecuted from my account this month without any communication from AVBOB when this premium will be cancelled.
