? made a loan against the policy,i have with them and furnished them with all the required docyments on on 06April 2016 and i was told that it will take 7working days.after submission of documents nobody dares to inform me about the status of the application since i made this application.Because i needed that money so desperate i phoned the above office and they just told that my application was faxed to their Head office,nobody dares to liase with head office to check how is the application in terms of processing.i believe that in this way clients are not dealt with nicely,clients are treared as if they come first because there is no communication at all between me and them.i wish they can improve how they do things and improve this loan thing,i mean Avbob has long been existing,for their loan application to take 7 days when their client is desperately in need of cash
