No documents for my policy
<p>Sometime between end Nov- Dec 2016 i app**** for a funeral policy with Avbob online - soon afterwards i got an sms that i will be debited - received an email with an attachment i could not open - i rep**** to that email that can they please resend the documents. Around the 13-15 my account was debited, still i dont have documents . A few days ago i went to their facebook page to complain - all i get is dat my query will be escalated. and i told them i want nothing to do with them and they should not debit again,. Guess what - this morning i was debited again. Please help me i dont want anything to do with Avbob and i want them to pay back my money - policy no. yeah right - Lezanne called me - and i told her that im not interested anymore i want to cancell the contract and be refunded - she told me i should write a letter and sign it. but as for the refund she is not sure if i will be refunded! yaaa neh Satafrika dats how people are ****** of their hard earned cash.... il make sure i tell my friends who wants to come to avbob
