No customer service

I sent communication to Avbob over a month ago if not at the beginning of August abusing them that I need to update my policy yet to this policy no one has contacted me with regards to my request. It's almost month end and these changes have not taken effect I don't know what does their customer care department does if they cannot respond to customer's requests
