New policy no documents
I took a funeral policy last week with avbob over the phone and after giving all the necessary details the guy that was assisting me did advice me that i will receive my policy number via sms and the policy documents will be sent to me via email and sent over the post,I have been waiting ever since for my policy number and the email of my documents,I do understand that post will take time.Can I please get help in getting my policy number and documents via email.
