My account debited for a policy I dont know

HI<br> <br> I app**** for a policy around year 2010 or before. From 2010, I have been debited for an account I thought was mine only discovered in December 2015 that the policy debited on my account does not belong to me. p According to their records I dont have any policy with Avbob. Spoke to Amanda Fouche (in Pretoria) and have been communicating with her on mails. Since 2010, I have been debited R134.52 monthly until 1 Dec 2015 for an account that does not belong to me. They refunded the amount of R4535.88 on the 1 Jan 2016. When I enquired about the remaining amount that was not refunded, I was told that they only pay the amount their auditors approved. That means I loose my hard earning cash, I want my money in full without stories. I called so many times but in return i get half of my money that's so unfair. <br> <br> I need to be refunded the remaining amount without stories as this is not my fault!!!!
