I am so disappointed with the poor service from AVBOB funeral policy. I have been receiving messages stating that my policy is behind on payments.
I have made my required monthly payments consistently, including payments for the amounts that I was advised were outstanding. Despite this, I continue to receive messages informing me that my policy is in arrears.
I have made several attempts to resolve this matter by contacting the AVBOB Call Centre on ***1, but unfortunately I have been unable to get through to someone who can assist me with this issue.
Furthermore, on 25 August, I sent proof of payment to *** as requested. To date, I have received no response or acknowledgement confirming that my proof of payment has been received or that the matter has been investigated.
