Bad service ever received from Avbob water front bloemfontein
My grandfather have been paying the policy for over 9 months and his policy was up to date
Until it was time to claim everything was up to date and on the last day of the funeral things changed and he was forced to pay cash at the branch for everything to be finalized. There was a proof in a form of bank statement that avbob have been deducting all the time but we were told that the policy was below waiting period
As a family we are deeply dissapointed
