MOVE CELUKUTHULA FROM AL***X8 & ADD HIM TO AL***X4 AND CANCEL AL***X8> Complaint number is 32786 !!!!!!!

Avob sent me an email from Complaints department that my query would be resloved BUT NO instead Ma Emma instead called me rushing a sale and not coming back with feedback for my raised qery which i spoke to about initially and advised me to send a signed email to clientcare regarding my request instead she came back to close a sale with me and what upsets me the most now the communications manager sent me an email response without even her / his details on the email signed !!!!! Complaint number is 32786 today makes it 9 days later and still no response i am mad as hell right now!! your level of service is extremely *** AMASIMBA YODWA !!!! You better GET my request resolved like what the **** is so hard in moving a memeber my spouse to my main account why must i go through such ?? NXA !!!
