Money deducted from my bank account for cancelled policy.

<p>I have cancelled my avbob funeral policy last month, now they have deducted money from my bank account. When i called them for the first time they said the money is not appearing on my records but they will reverse it when it becomes visible on my records. I waited for 6 days up until i called them again, now they request my bank statement and certified ID copy. Now i have to pay charges of the bank statement for the mistake that is made by avbob and again use my money to fax the statement to them.</p>
