money debited
<p>i was sent an notification that my money will be debited on the 1st of april which i dont understand why because i have told them when i was opening a policy with them they must debit on the last day of the month so i made payment via internet banking on my standard bank account cause i knew i wont be able to keep the money for that long so on the 1st a debit went through so that makes it double payment and that is my travelling money to work i need it back as in today they must refund my money </p>
