Misled by an Avbob consultant to open another policy that was supposed to replace the old policy due to overpaying more than I'm supposed to monthly

In March I've lodged a complain with Avbob with regards to the second policy that was opened, due to false information obtained from one of Avbob consultants in October 2021. I received an email that my complain is been processed and I will receive feedback after 6 weeks. It has been more than 4 months now, every time I call Avbob they keep promising to investigate and so that they can refund me since I'm paying 2 policies instead of 1 from January 2022. They just keep on tell me that they will call back which never happens
