Hi, I phoned several times to request that my premiums must be debited from my bank, to my surprise you are not debiting, I paid through Pep last time and still requested that next debit should be via bank. This is not actioned. Today I received sms that I must make a single payment of R861.00 in cash as soon as possible. I do not understand why I should be subjected to this kind of abuse? Can someone sort out this mess please? The debits must go through every month from my capitec account. Also please prepare a credit note of R861.00 as I am not prepared to pay for your mistakes.

21 Oct 2021, 09:22So Katlego phoned me to commit that he will fix the issue of arrears. He actually acknowledged that Avbob was wrong by not collecting the debits from my bank account. He then went into thin air when I told him that if arrears are not cleared I'd take this up with the ombudsman. Can you get someone more competent and senior to Katlego to call me and advise on when will I get the credit note? This is becoming very sour because Avbob is not giving this matter the attention it requires.

Please cancel this stupid policy. It was nice doing business with Avbob. I will also ask my wife and family to cancel their existing policies. Katlego is a serious spin doctor lol.
