Loyalty bonus payout
I love Avbob but I sent them an email sometime in 2023 about loyalty bonus payout and they told me it is processed after 10 years of being with them. Now that they are advertising on TV that one would get back the bonus in 5 years and some of my friends who joined around the same time with me have received their loyalty thing I decided to mail them to figure-out if there are different categories and it has been a week with no response t o my email. I think they are ignoring me.
