Lack of Integrity of avbob

We cancelled our avbob policies due to financial reasons as well as when we signed up they were not honest at all about their policies. We filled in the cancellation letters and now we are being bombarded with SMS's saying our debit orders are not going through after we got the cancellation confirmation sms. I am thoroughly disgusted with avbob and their lack of Integrity.
