From 10 april i am trying to remove my ex spouse and to add my new spouse to my policy. I have all the mails proof with signed letters and id copies and yet even after complaining to them and everything....i get yet another policy pri ted and mailed to me without my new partner on it....and thats their headoffice!!!!!!! After so many years i feel like quiting them...but then i loose all my money????!!! Poor service
