Incorrect Policy lapsed
Good day
Please assist with a lapsed policy, I received an sms indicating the policy would lapse on the 27th of October , I then make a payment of R250.00 on the same day around 5 am, the sent the proof of payment to *** at 05.20, to my surprise the policy has now lapsed yet payment was made, I spoke to Olebogeng Ntlatleng on the same day who advised that the policy will be reinstated, I do not have the R1000 that u guys are looking for yet payment was made on the day
